As the warmer weather approaches us, we can only think of one thing, and that's a holiday! Why not incorporate somewhere interesting to suit all holiday needs as an incentive?
Dubrovnik is on the South Coast of Croatia, even though it is rich with history – there are also some very modern aspects. Within the walls you can find ancient palaces, boutiques, hidden bars, historic churches, and lets not forget the beaches.
There are many beaches in Dubrovnik – but let us not forget many other things there are to explore.

1.Walk the City Walls
The old town is encircled with huge stone medieval walls, in which you can get fantastic ever-changing views over the old town for a flashback of the 13th Century, they stretch to just over a mile walk. In the rounded Mincenta Fortress you can climb to the highest point of the old town for the best picture.
2.Game of Thrones Tour
If you're a fan of Game of Thrones, then you won't want to miss this! Kings Landing, the capital of Seven Kingdom awaits you... And so do many other Game Of Thrones landmarks. Many of the tour highlights include the Docks of Kings Landing, Littlefinger's Brothel, Walk of Shame, Spice Kings Palace and props such as the Iron Throne.
3.Visit Lokrum
Lokrum the lush escape of palms and eucalyptus. The rocky shore has plenty of decent spots for sunbathing – if you're more of an explorer then an abandoned 11th Century Benedictine Monastery is for you. You can also go swimming in a mini Dead Sea, Lokrum is home to a mini little salt-filled lake which is linked to the open sea. The only inhabitants on this island are peacocks which were bought over from the Canary Islands over 100 years ago, so don't be surprised if you're suddenly joined by one on the beach!
4.Cable Cars
Instead of trekking up the steep hills or hundreds of steps to can save your legs and ride cable cars to the city's peak. Departing from a lower station by the Old Town, there are two airy carriages that can carry up to 30 people. From the top you'll get Instagram worthy pictures of the Old Town, Adriatic Sea. The perfect spot for a sunset picnic – there's a restaurant, café and shop nearby.
5.Sea Kayak
A great way to explore the coast is by sea kayak. There's a tour that offers a full-day 'Arches, Caves and Islands' tour which lasts approximately 10 hours. The adventure takes you round the Elafiti islands, where you have free time to swim, snorkel, cliff dive and cool down!
