Grab Your Wellies: Festival Incentive
The festival season is upon us and recently we have set up a Summer Fest Campaign for a client, which enables a customer and their friends to be the potential winner of a weekend to a UK festival with glamping included! If that's something you might be interested in – why not drop us an email at: hello@a-igroup.co.uk
If it's something you choose to go ahead with for your employees why not create or find a festival playlist to play in the office to keep them motivated. Not only is it someone getting to see fantastic live music, it's also a weekend away, and something you can do with your friends and family!
Here are our Top 5 Festivals in the UK (No Particular Order), something to suit all genres and ages:
1. Leeds/Reading
Where: Richfield Avenue, Reading and Bramham Park, Leeds.
When: August 24-26 2018
Who: Kings of Leon, Fall Out Boy, Kendrick Lamar, The Kooks, Dua Lipa, Annie Mac and much more!
Why: Forget the north and south divide, you don't have to pick with these! It's the same line up, just on different days at each venue. It's that riotous event that a long bank holiday weekend is made for! Head over to the Introducing Stage for new up and coming bands to keep an eye on!
2. YNOT
Where: Aston Hill Farm, Pikehall, Derbyshire.
When: 27-29 July 2018
Who: The Libertines, Jamiroquai, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Manic Street Preachers, Kaiser Chiefs, The Wombats.
Why: Enjoy some care-free fun in the middle of the Peak District! They've also won an award for the best toilets – if you didn't want to go, then you do now!
3. Boardmasters
Where: Trebelsue Farm, Watergate Bay, Newquay.
When: 8-12 August 2018
Who: Catfish and the Bottlemen, The Chemical Brothers, George Ezra, Craig David, Rag'n'Bone Man.
Why: This little gem is hidden amongst the sunshine and the surfers swell in the south-east of England. Embrace cliff-top jam sessions, surf shacks and watching the best surfers from all over the world. It isn't short of after parties either. Get ready for some Instagram worthy views!
4. TRNSMT
Where: Glasgow Green
When: 29 June – 1 July and 6-8 July 2018
Who: Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Liam Gallagher, Stereophonics, Queen & Adam Lambert, Blossoms, Courteeners, Texas and more!
Why: This festival started as a replacement for T in the Park, as it is in the city centre it gives festival goers the chance to explore the nightclubs, bars and restaurants. It came with a huge bang back in 2017 with Kasabian and Biffy Clyro headlining – and it looks like it's here to stay!
5. Download
Where: Donington Park, Leicestershire
When: 8-10 June
Who: Avenge Seveonfold, Guns N'Roses, Ozzy Osbourne
Why: It's got to be the most prestigious hard rock and heavy metal festival in the country, no wait, in the world! Imagine three days full of the biggest rock stars from the 70's to the newest generation of rockers. If the heavy-sound entices you then look no further, it'll take some beating!
Sounds like fun to us!
