Top 5 Quirky Places For a Corporate Event

Top 5 Quirky Places For a Corporate Event

It's usually the same for corporate meetings, a hotel, an auditorium, nothing that really stops people from dozing off! But here we've came up with 5 quirky places for you to host your meetings or events, there are some places in our list (if not all) that people will continue to talk about!

Allerton Castle, North Yorkshire
If we're going to start, then we may as well go big! Why not present a lasting impression of your brand by using a place with complete elegance. This stately home is Grade 1 listed, complete with grand, gothic architecture. This is in an open parkland, where in the fresh air people will feel more relaxed. Amongst corporate meetings, you can also host conferences, training sessions, award ceremonies and away days complete with a banquet for your guests.

Gleneagles
Carrying on the theme of the North, this Scottish beauty is one to visit. There's a huge variety of rooms from The Ballroom, an Edwardian room, with a stage located in the heart of the Hotel, to The Glendevon which will give you the best panoramic views over the immaculate greenery of Gleneagles, or for a something more rustic you can choose The Cellars, in which the room is decorated with wines all over the original railway bays.

Natural History Museum
One of the most iconic venues in London is the Natural History Museum. The architecture and collections create the perfect setting for any event. Plus, is there anything cooler than having a few tipples with a Dinosaur? The Museum has a variety of spaces to suit any corporate event or party.

The Shard
The Shard is one of the best-known places in London to get a good view of the city. Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard is able to provide an experience that you won't forget. There are three different function spaces available, named after three of five constant virtues of Confucianism. The first room Ren, looks over the wonderful River Thames and city of London. The second is Li, which looks out over London Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral. Then the last is Yi, a intimate boardroom which offers a setting for under 12 guests, this room overlooks Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Signet Library
Home to The Society of Writers to Her Majesty's Signet, this wonderful open space, is an exceptional venue for meetings and events. You can go from sophisticated award dinners to formal drinks, board meetings and beyond. Based in Edinburgh, in the heart of the Old Town, this beautiful Georgian architecture is simply jaw-dropping. It must be something amazing as the Upper Library described by King George IV as "the finest drawing room in Europe".
